Adult Study “God Saves a People”

Please plan to join us as we study God's word together beginning this March. All you need to do is bring your Bible because the lessons are theme based and it’s easy to join the conversation. Initially, we will meet at the Hoecker's house (4702 Tioga St. - 2 story house on corner of Tioga and 47th in Lakeside), and if there's interest we will rotate this location. We'll plan on gathering at 6:45 pm and concluding by 8 pm. Please call the church office for more information.

The upcoming schedule is:

  • March 10: People Live in God's World - Views of the World in the Hebrew Scriptures
  • March 24: People Live in God's World - Good News in All the World
  • April 14: God's People Have Leaders - Early Leaders in the Rise of the Nation
  • April 28: God's People Have Leaders - Prophets and the Later Leaders
  • May 12: God's People Have Leaders - The Baptist, Jesus, and Apostles
  • May 26: God's People Have Rulers but One Sovereign - Yahweh, Kings, and a United Kingdom

Participant resource books (with more than 30 lessons) accompany the study and will be available in advance through the church office. You are welcome to purchase a copy of your own or to borrow from our resource library.
